Shoigu noted that the presence of more than 120 employees of American PMCs was established in the settlements of Avdeevka and Priazovskoe, Donetsk region of Ukraine.
According to him, employees of the US PMCs equip firing positions in residential buildings and at socially significant facilities.
They also prepare the Ukrainian special operations forces and radical armed groups for active hostilities.
“Tanks with unidentified chemical components have been delivered to the cities of Avdeevka and Krasny Liman to commit provocations,” Shoigu said at a meeting of the Defense Ministry board.
Shoigu also spoke about the build-up of the US military presence at the Russian borders.
