It was in the spring that the woman was detained on suspicion of rape for two weeks.
She was later acquitted of the charges after the trial in Jönköping District Court.
The woman has now applied for compensation from the Chancellor of Justice.
The woman requests SEK 96,000 for the suffering to be detained.
She requests an additional SEK 21,000 in compensation for lost earnings.
