A woman and her lover were indicted for murder and imprisoned, after the death of the husband, an entrepreneur whose corpse was found on Friday, buried in a forest in Marcoussis (Essonne), we learned on Saturday from the Evry parquet floor.
The body discovered in the forest, about forty kilometers south of Paris, is that of the 47-year-old entrepreneur who had suddenly disappeared ten days ago, said the public prosecutor, confirming information from the newspaper Le Parisien.
An autopsy should be performed next week.
The investigation already reclassified as an assassination
The 32-year-old wife of the entrepreneur, heard by investigators, was indicted on Wednesday, then her 37-year-old lover on Friday.
They were both remanded in custody, detailed the prosecution.
The investigation, initially opened for kidnapping, had been quickly reclassified as an assassination, "a lot of elements allowing to consider that the husband had been killed", entrusted a source close to the file to AFP.
The investigations were entrusted to the gendarmes of the Paris research section.
