"We call on Russia ... to begin the implementation of the Minsk agreements and the agreements of the leaders of the Normandy format, including the general conclusions of the 2019 Normandy Four summit," Nikolenko told RIA Novosti.
In his opinion, these conclusions include: a ceasefire, ensuring the proper functioning of checkpoints at the border, the mutual release of detainees and the exchange of relevant lists, ”he concluded.
He also noted that only Ukraine and NATO members have the right to decide the vector of further development of their relations.
Earlier, NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg said that he had received Russia's proposals on security guarantees.
Later it became known that the United States will transmit to Russia its proposals for negotiations on security next week.
