"From December 19, a restriction on the entry into Russia of foreign citizens residing in Kenya is being introduced," says a message in the Telegram channel of the Russian Cabinet of Ministers.
In addition, entry will be restricted for foreign citizens staying in Kenya within the last 14 days.
As specified, Rospotrebnadzor, together with the Ministry of Transport of Russia, was instructed to ensure the organization of express testing for coronavirus of Russian citizens arriving from Kenya.
