After 1:00 am on the 18th, a woman who seems to be a foreigner reported that she was "fighting and bleeding" in a room in an apartment in Dashiyamamachi, Ryugasaki City.
When police rushed in, three Vietnamese men and women aged 28 to 31 were injured by being stabbed in the belly and chest with a knife, and four were taken to the hospital. At that time, they were all conscious.
The one who seems to have stabbed is a Vietnamese man who is acquainted with four people.
