“We want Washington to send a clear signal about the inadmissibility of revising the Minsk agreements,” RIA Novosti quoted Antonov as saying.
According to him, the United States has the opportunity to stimulate President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy to implement the Minsk agreements, which were approved by UN Security Council Resolution 2202.
He stressed that these obligations are legal in nature.
