On the morning of the 17th, a fire broke out in an eight-story building in downtown Osaka, Japan.
The fire was extinguished in about 30 minutes, but 28 people were injured and 27 of them died from cardiopulmonary arrest.
A hospital is located on the 4th floor, where the fire occurred, and clothing stores and English language schools are located on the other floors.
Considering the scene of the fire, the local police believe that there is a suspicion of arson and are investigating.
