Schools in Sveg will be closed for the rest of the semester to reduce the spread of infection

After infection tracking was done at the high school and Södra school in Sveg, the infection control doctor in Region Jämtland Härjedalen has decided on these recommendations.

This is to reduce the spread of infection.

Distance learning is applied for the rest of the semester and the planned end of school on Tuesday 21 December is canceled.

- We recommend that all students and all staff at Södra School and Härjedalen High School test for covid-19 on Friday, says Tina Svensson Hammargård, head of the education administration, in a statement on Härjedalen municipality's website.
