Earlier, State Duma Deputy Ivan Sukharev proposed to give one of the parents with many children, who are engaged in household work, with an employment status that is considered to be seniority.
He clarified that in Russia there are enough citizens who are not officially employed, but who daily housekeeping, raise children, giving this, in fact, labor activity all their time and energy.
