According to White House spokesman Karin Jean-Pierre, the US is closely consulting with allies in Europe to determine how to conduct the security talks recently negotiated between US President Joe Biden and Russian leader Vladimir Putin.

The Nine countries include Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Hungary, Poland, Romania and Slovakia.
