They hadn't even bothered to hide from the residents.
Friday afternoon, two men decided to use the mailboxes of a residence in the Saint-Cyprien district, in Toulouse.
They opened those that contained packages and unpacked them on the spot.
These packages included children's costumes, wine, electronic cigarettes, alarm clocks and several bags containing clothes.
What to have fun.
They left the boxes there, before fleeing.
Witnesses had spotted these two thieves and were able to give their report to the police.
These two men, 29 and 33, were arrested a few streets away.
They took legal action.
