Stéphane Bern & Matthieu Noël SEASON 2021 - 2022 4:00 p.m., December 13, 2021

Historically Vôtre brings together, on the occasion of the bicentenary of his birth, 3 characters fascinated by Flaubert: Guy de Maupassant who befriended the writer through letters, until he became his disciple by listening to his advice before to, perhaps even, overtake the master. Then, the American filmmaker Vincente Minnelli who showed his passion for Flaubert by adapting his Emma Bovary on the big screen despite the bans, in the 1950s in the United States. And a sacred monster of the French theater who devotes a cult to Flaubert to whom he has even written his admiration: Jacques Weber.
