In response to the directives of His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai and Chairman of the Executive Council, to exempt Al Quoz tenants who are rebuilding or renovating their properties, within the uses that serve the Al Quoz Creative District, from rents for periods of up to two years, the Culture and Arts Authority announced in « Dubai Culture”, in partnership with wasl Asset Management Group (wasl), the start of work under this decision, in addition to providing a set of incentives and privileges targeting creators and creative entrepreneurs in the Al Quoz region, in an effort to support them and open the door for them to establish and develop their businesses.

Wasl, as a member of the Higher Committee for Project Development, will provide many benefits to land tenants in the area, including supporting the change of land uses from industrial to creative purposes, offering flexible payment plans to tenants, and assisting them in obtaining the necessary approvals and licenses.

Wasl organized a workshop with the participation of 83 land tenants in the Al Quoz area, to inform them about the objectives of the Al Quoz Creative District project, the government and private entities participating in the project, and the master plan for the Al Quoz Creative District, in addition to explaining the incentives that the group will provide to them, from In order to support the projects they intend to launch in the region.
