The Kuwaiti "Prosecution" refers the accused of killing her daughter in the Salmiya crime to the "crimes"

For the third time in a row, a judge in Kuwait refused to renew imprisonment, today, to release the accused of killing her daughter in Salmiya, whose decomposing body was found 5 years after the crime occurred inside the houses.

An informed source said that the Public Prosecution referred the case file to the Criminal Court after the investigation was completed, according to Al-Qabas newspaper.

The accused mother continued to deny the charges of imprisoning her daughter's liberty and premeditated murder;

But she justified her daughter's death as being intended to prevent her from going out as a form of education;

Surprised by her death, however, she did not tell anyone for fear of becoming accused and imprisoned.

In addition, after referring the case file to the Criminal Court and confronting the accused again with the charges, a verdict will be issued against her, after examining the case and the responses of the supporting agencies, specifically the forensic report.
