The Mia 4-1 area is a representative example of the 'Oh Se-Hoon Pyo Maintenance Project', which is included in the nine newly selected areas for redevelopment and reconstruction by the Seoul Metropolitan Government in the second half of the 'Rapid Integrated Planning'.



The on-site visit will be accompanied by Kim Do-eup, Chairman of the Policy Committee, former First Vice Minister of Land, Infrastructure and Transport, Kim Kyung-hwan, who designed the real estate pledge at the presidential campaign of Candidate Yoon, and Konkuk University professor Shim Gyo-eon, who works at the policy headquarters of the election committee.
