He emphasized and called for close cooperation among G7 countries.

At the G7 Foreign Ministers' Meeting in Liverpool, central England, opinions were exchanged on the situation in North Korea during the session held from the night of the 11th to the 12th of Japan time.



In this, Foreign Minister Hayashi adheres to the goal of achieving complete, verifiable and irreversible destruction of CVID of all weapons of mass destruction and ballistic missiles of all ranges toward the complete denuclearization of North Korea. He emphasized the importance and called for close cooperation among G7 countries.



In addition, Minister Hayashi sought full understanding and cooperation toward the resolution of the abduction issue, and each country expressed his support.



Meanwhile, the session agreed that Iran should stop expanding its nuclear activities and conclude the negotiations promptly on the indirect talks between the United States and Iran to rebuild the nuclear agreement.



The G7 Foreign Ministers' Meeting will be held for two days on the 11th and 12th, with the countries of the ASEAN-Association of Southeast Asian Nations participating in some discussions, and will discuss security, human rights issues, and the response to the new corona.
