"It is the British Armed Forces that are aggressively moving towards our borders in Poland and Estonia, and the British military commanders openly declare their intention to achieve a kind of military presence in the Arctic," the diplomatic mission added.
The embassy also noted that Russia has made numerous proposals to NATO on ways to reduce tensions, but Moscow so far "does not hear anything but aggressive slogans."
Earlier, the White House noted the desire of the United States for a diplomatic solution to the situation around Ukraine.
In turn, Russian President Vladimir Putin said that Russia has never become hostile to other states.
Also, the press secretary of the Russian president Dmitry Peskov, in an interview with an RT correspondent, stressed that in Moscow they see "numerous ducks" that are thrown about the allegedly planned "aggression" of Russia against Ukraine.
