He bought a ticket from Taipei to Beijing. He originally planned to stay for 10 days. Unexpectedly, he became a "new Beijinger".
Xu Tao and Bao Guanyu met for the second time in Beijing.
The two passionate young people immediately registered and established the company "Xiaobao Zhigong" in Zhongguancun. They talked about the ideal "cross-strait combination" in the past and became "partners" in their careers.
Leaving Taiwan was a bit tangled and uneasy, and in the early days of starting a business, it was not all smooth sailing.

Xu Tao is from Taipei and Bao Guanyu is from Harbin. The pair of partners from both sides of the strait have different ways of thinking. They quarrel almost every day, but they look like brothers.

In the most difficult days, Xu Tao visited every major business district in Beijing door to door for research.
The company’s core team also works part-time during the day to deliver couriers and meets at night to research products together.
At the end of 2019, Xiaobao Zhigong successfully obtained angel investment.

He said that because of the epidemic, many originally fixed employment relationships have been broken, and more and more restaurants and supermarkets have taken the initiative to find their doors and use the Xiaobao Zhigong App.
Over the past year, more than 5,000 companies in Beijing have successfully resumed work and production through small package intellectual workers, and more than 30,000 students, housewives, retired and unemployed groups have found flexible jobs here.
This is in resonance with mainland China's policies to promote new forms of flexible employment.
From last year to the present, the small package intelligent industry business has been growing at a rate of 30% every month. This year, it has won the honor of "Employment and Entrepreneurship Advanced Collective" awarded by the Beijing Municipal Government.

Before the end of November this year, Xiaobao Zhigong received a new round of strategic investment.
The team gathered a group of young elites from both sides of the strait from Tsinghua University, Peking University, Nanjing University and Taiwan University to develop a comprehensive information service platform "JingTaiTong" APP to serve Taiwan compatriots in Beijing.
