"Admission of persons over 18 years of age to participate in public events ... is carried out in the presence of a certificate of vaccination against a new coronavirus infection or a QR code," the decree says.
It is clarified that a certificate of the transferred COVID-19 is also suitable.
Earlier, the deputies of the State Council of Crimea approved the draft federal law on the introduction of QR codes in public places.
