According to RIA Novosti, 32 deputies voted for amendments to the law "On the sanitary and epidemiological welfare of the population", providing for the introduction of QR codes for visiting public places.

Nine parliamentarians spoke out against.

On November 12, the government submitted two bills to the State Duma, which imply the introduction of QR codes for visiting public places, as well as on railway and air transport.

Earlier, the parliament of Karelia supported the corresponding initiative.
