A father sentenced in Grenoble for rapes of his three daughters

A 48-year-old man appeared on Wednesday before the criminal court of Isère.

He had to answer for aggravated rape of one of his daughters, when she was 16, and sexual assault on his two others, then aged 6 and 13, reports

Ten years of criminal imprisonment

He is also suspected of having filmed them without their knowledge in the bathroom.

The charges were committed between 2016 and 2017. It was the eldest daughter who denounced her father's actions to the gendarmes in October 2017. Her sisters then recounted what had happened to them.

The forties assured that it was a "plot" led by his ex-wife.

The court finally sentenced the father to ten years in prison.

He is also definitively prohibited from carrying out an activity in contact with minors.

His parental authority over his last daughter, a minor, was completely withdrawn.
