An effect of stress or of cocaine?

No doubt a bit of both for the government, which is bogged down with the discovery of traces of the said drug in Parliament, in living rooms and toilets, including those adjacent to the Prime Minister's office.

Bad luck, because Boris Johnson has just announced a big plan to fight against drug use.

A majority of those polled, even among the conservatives, believe that members of the government have not respected health measures.

Then again, this scandal comes as new restrictions come into force.
