In front of the home of the new Federal Minister of Health Karl Lauterbach (SPD) in Cologne, the police broke up a demonstration of anti-vaccination opponents.

Four people protested against corona vaccinations on Friday evening in front of the house in the centrally located Belgian quarter, as a police spokeswoman said on Wednesday.

Proceedings were initiated against the demonstrators, among other things, for violating the Assembly Act because the assembly was not registered.

In the past few days there had been several protests by opponents of the corona measures in front of the private residences of politicians.

On Monday, several hundred people tried to get in front of the home of Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania's Prime Minister Manuela Schwesig in downtown Schwerin.

However, the police stopped the train a few hundred meters from Schwesig's house.

In Saxony, protesters pulled torches in front of the home of State Health Minister Petra Köpping (SPD) last Friday.

According to police, around 30 people had joined the elevator.

The protest caused horror and was condemned across parties.
