In his address, he noted that in accordance with the law, working pensioners have the right to an annual paid leave for a period of 28 days and additional leave without pay for a period of 14 days.

At the same time, minors who work are currently granted paid leave of up to 31 calendar days, he added.

“In order to support citizens who receive an old-age pension and continue to work, many of whom, due to their age, have health problems and need additional rest, I ask you to assess the feasibility of increasing the duration of annual paid leave for this category of citizens to 31 calendar days, leaving at the same time, the right to additional leave for up to 14 days without pay, ”the appeal says.
