) could be called a revisionist rising power, in the sense that they want to revise the existing global set of rules.

This global set of rules was established at the end of World War II between 1944 and 1945, ”Milli said.

To this end, the general noted, Beijing is investing heavily in the development of its naval forces and the improvement of military technologies, including in the space and cyber spheres.

“They have created an integrated military force combining space and cyber spheres, as well as traditional ground forces, navy and air forces.

According to the general, the PRC has not yet reached the level of the United States in this regard, but is striving to become "at least an equivalent power."

In China, the US accusations against itself have been denied more than once.

Beijing believes that the United States ascribes to the PRC's belligerent sentiments and exaggerates China's nuclear tasks in order to stir up hysteria around the "Chinese military threat."

At a briefing on November 4, Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesman Wang Wenbin noted that Washington is "guided by prejudices" and "neglects the real facts."
