To cities, villages and picturesque nature, the exhibition "Lithuania that no one has seen" accompanies visitors to that country's pavilion at "Expo 2020 Dubai". Aviation.

The idea behind taking these photos is to immortalize the landscapes, cities, villages, monuments, natural phenomena, as well as the hidden places of Lithuania.

The Commissioner-General of the Lithuanian Pavilion at the "Dubai Expo" and the Head of "Expo Affairs" at the Lithuanian Ministry of Environment, Romas Jankoskas, confirmed that the exhibition, which occupies a major space in the heart of the pavilion, uses high-quality video clips and photos taken by aerial visual means of the main attractions in Lithuania.

He added: “The exhibition highlights the enchanting beauty of all our lands, covering its major cities and its smaller villages, as well as rivers, lakes, forests, forts and hills, sea and sky.

It also covers the most famous destinations worth visiting in Lithuania, including mysterious places that no one has seen before,” noting that the exhibition gives visitors a unique experience and a new sense of witnessing the amazing beauty of nature and people in Lithuania.

The "Lithuania That Nobody Sees" includes 250 aerial photographs that Joviza published in his book, which also bears the same name as the exhibition.

The rest include large-sized images of great artistic quality, appropriate lighting, and color harmony, which the photographer was able to capture from the sky, sometimes relying on unconventional flying devices such as a balloon.

About his experience, Gofaiza said: “Everyone seeks to learn more information about his motherland in his own way.

To understand how amazing Lithuania is, I had to travel the world.

I feel proud to live on this beautiful land, and I would like to convey that feeling, through the Expo 2020 Dubai platform, to my compatriots, our guests, and all the people in the world who will then decide to come to my country and see it all for themselves.”

Marios Gofaiza: An impressive patriot

Lithuanian photographer and author of documentary films, Marius Jovaisa, confirmed that the landscapes in Lithuania are as impressive as the landscapes in the well-known and most tourist-received countries in the world, adding: “We have mountains covered with ice, deserts that are almost hot to breathe, and volcanoes that breathe death. Or colorful coral reefs, like the pictures that adorn children’s books.”

• Romas Jankoskas: “The exhibition gives its visitors a unique experience and a new sense of witnessing the amazing beauty of nature and the people of our country.”
