The Liberals' Nyamko Sabuni has previously said that the government has the responsibility for Lucia to decide on a final repository for spent nuclear waste.

The threat of distrust, which the rest of the opposition has opened to support, has previously been directed at Minister of Climate and Environment Per Bolund (MP) but has now been inherited by the deputy Annika Strandhäll (S) since she took office last week.

On Thursday, Annika Strandhäll was called to the business committee to give a statement on the matter.

But the answer may come as early as Wednesday afternoon.

At 2.45 pm, Annika Strandhäll has called a press conference "on the government's work on the issue of final disposal of spent nuclear fuel and radioactive waste".
