A woman who testified against the former minister in the Special Envoy report filed a complaint with the Paris prosecutor's office, learned

20 Minutes

from a source close to the investigation, confirming information from LCI.

In it, the victim evokes acts of rape dating back to 1989, when she was 16 years old.

On November 26, the day after the broadcast of the France 2 report in which three women accuse the cantor of the ecology of sexual violence between 1989 and 2001, the Paris prosecutor's office opened a preliminary investigation for rape and sexual assault. The statute of limitations in cases of rape of a minor is now 30 years from the date of majority of the victim. The complaint, filed at the end of November, was transmitted to the brigade for the protection of minors (BPM), in charge of the investigations, but no hearing has yet taken place.

In her testimony in Special Envoy, the complainant explained that after being invited by Nicolas Hulot to attend his then show,

Antipodes

, the presenter offered to drive her back to a metro station.

On the way, the host would have parked and would have, according to his testimony, forced the teenager to give him a fellatio.

Nicolas Hulot denies outright the accusations made against him.
