Al-Jazeera correspondent in Palestine reported that an Israeli settler was wounded in a stabbing attack in the Sheikh Jarrah neighborhood of occupied Jerusalem this morning.

The occupation police described the injury of the settlement seriously, and indicated that the stabbing attacker fled.

The correspondence indicated that the occupation forces mobilized their soldiers at the site of the stabbing operation, and began a broad combing operation.

According to the Israeli ambulance sources, the injured woman is a 25-year-old woman who sustained a back injury from a stabbing attack that occurred at the entrance to the Sheikh Jarrah neighborhood.

Neither the identity of the victim nor the identity of the perpetrator of the attack were determined.
