When asked whether Washington began planning the evacuation of American citizens from Ukraine, she noted that the US military has several plans for different situations to ensure the safety of personnel.

“We are not at that point yet,” RIA Novosti quotes Psaki as saying.
A White House spokeswoman stressed that Washington would prefer that the situation in Ukraine not escalate.
However, she noted, if the alleged invasion of Ukraine by Russian troops did take place, it would not be a secret.
“We will find out if Russia and Putin decide to invade Ukraine, I don’t think it will be a secret,” Jen Psaki said.
CNN previously reported, citing several sources, that the US administration is exploring options for the potential evacuation of United States citizens from Ukraine in case Russia "invades" this country.
As stated in the Kremlin, Russia is not going to attack anyone.
