This is important, since some citizens are losing moderation, ”the parliamentarian said in an interview with RIA Novosti.

In his opinion, all cultural and leisure activities should be free for this period.

“On New Year's holidays, all cinemas, theaters, museums, swimming pools and sports complexes should be free for our citizens,” Khamzaev suggested.

He intends to send the corresponding request to the Ministry of Culture by the end of this year.

Earlier, the first deputy chairman of the Public Chamber of the Leningrad Region, Vladimir Petrov, proposed changing the rules for the sale of sparkling wines and champagne on New Years and Christmas: to allow the sale of alcohol after 23:00.
