He said this at a press conference following talks with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Chad, Mahamat Zan Sheriff.

Lavrov emphasized that in the upcoming conversation between President Vladimir Putin and American leader Joe Biden, the Russian side will clearly outline its approach to the Ukrainian settlement, to the need to force "the Kiev regime to fulfill its obligations written in black and white within the framework of the Minsk package of measures."

“Apparently, Kiev will not listen to anyone else, except for the United States of America.

Let's see how the conversation ends, but we have a very serious concern about how Kiev is also trying to provoke its curators, ”Lavrov summed up.

Earlier, Sergei Lavrov said that Kiev is becoming "more and more arrogant in its aggressiveness" in relation to the Minsk agreements and Russia.

He also noted that Ukraine will not comply with the Minsk agreements, so it should be forced to do so, but Berlin and Paris "are still skimping on their obligations."
