Her Highness Sheikha Latifa bint Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, President of the Dubai Culture and Arts Authority, confirmed that the new statistical framework has been developed to suit the local cultural situation of the emirate, through the use of reference points that allow international comparison and respect normative work, noting that it will support in the planning methodology.
