Dubai will host the “International People of Determination” exhibition in its fourth session, as part of the distinguished efforts made by government and private agencies to enable people of determination to contribute, in turn, to shaping the future of the UAE during the next 50 years.
The importance of the exhibition, which is held under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Ahmed bin Saeed Al Maktoum, President of the Dubai Civil Aviation Authority, President of Dubai Airports, Chief Executive Officer and CEO of Emirates Airlines and the Group, stems from the fact that it comes after a two-year hiatus as a result of the “Covid-19” virus. And the great willingness of local and international exhibitors to meet again under one roof to present their initiatives, plans and modern technologies, to improve the quality of life of people of determination, especially after the isolation and multiple challenges they have experienced for nearly two years.
His Highness Sheikh Ahmed bin Saeed, sponsor of the exhibition, stressed that the UAE is moving forward on the path of building an inclusive society for people of determination and their families, within the framework of the national policy set by our government, to ensure that they have access to opportunities, experiences and distinctive lifestyles available to anyone else in our country.
His Highness said: "The UAE aims to be a global leader in providing the highest quality of life and happiness to all who reside on its land, and from here the exhibition will help us fulfill this commitment, by bringing the latest technologies, services and initiatives from all over the world, that the two sectors can We have the public and private sector to adopt it to enhance the lives of people of determination and to create a common platform for us to meet and cooperate with our international counterparts, in order to build a sustainable future that meets the aspirations of people of determination.”
The exhibition, which is the largest of its kind in the Middle East, the Indian subcontinent and North Africa, will be held at the Dubai International Convention and Exhibition Center from 15-17 November 2022 on an area of 12,000 square meters, with the participation of A strong group of local and international government agencies, bodies, organizations, care and rehabilitation centers for people of determination from inside and outside the country, in addition to international exhibitors, after the resounding success it achieved in its previous sessions.
The number of companies and centers participating in the exhibition is expected to increase to 250 exhibitors from 60 countries, and to attract more than 10,000 specialized visitors from around the world.
On the sidelines of the exhibition, many events and activities specialized in the fields of rehabilitation, sports, arts and health will be held.
Exhibition Director Daniel Qureshi said: “We are grateful for the exceptional interest we have received from government agencies, international exhibitors and rehabilitation centers for people of determination, to participate in the upcoming edition of the exhibition.
We are preparing ourselves to organize the largest edition in the history of this event, and we have started planning to carry out a larger number of activities based on the insights we gained from the previous cycle in coordination with industry experts.”
