“To appoint Yarakhmedov Azim Alaudinovich as the extraordinary and plenipotentiary ambassador of the Russian Federation to the Republic of Zambia,” the decree says.
Earlier, Putin appointed Sergei Berdnikov Russia's ambassador to Liberia.
