The site Nyheter today has published a picture where it looks like a young Ida Karkiainen (S) is making a Nazi salute.
Now Prime Minister Magdalena Andersson is commenting on the picture.

Such gestures are not only deeply historyless, it is extremely inappropriate, says Magdalena Andersson at a press conference to Ekot.
At the same time, the Prime Minister points out that she still has confidence in Ida Karkiainen.
- I have full confidence that she does not have these values, Andersson continues.
