The lawn at Stora Valla has long been a problem.
Due to hard ground, the drainage of the plan has not worked properly.
This will now come to an end.
- Finally we will get our plan fixed, we have had huge problems with it, says Suzanne Hällström, club manager for Degerfors IF.
But it is not only the players who will notice a difference at Stora Valla, the audience will also have a different experience.
- By 2023, there will be a new seating grandstand here with 2,000 seats, which means that we could have a maximum audience of 6,000 people.
But what will happen to the temporary grandstand that has existed during the season is still unclear.
- It is up to the municipality, says Suzanne Hällström.
