Regarding the so-called documentary transportation expenses paid to members of the Diet, the opposition party insists that it be paid on a daily basis and obliged to disclose the usage as a set, while the ruling party has no objection between the ruling and opposition parties. Some say that the daily payment should be paid in advance, and the focus will be on whether both parties can come to terms with each other in the future.

Regarding the "document communication transportation stay fee" paid to the Diet members every month, adjustments were being made between the ruling and opposition parties to amend the law to change the payment to a daily basis, but the opposition party has disclosed the usage. The Liberal Democratic Party says that it has become difficult to amend the law in the current extraordinary Diet session because the prospect of an agreement has become uncertain because of the demand for the obligation.

In response to this, the Nippon Ishin no Kai will oblige the Democratic Party for the People to disclose the usage in addition to the daily payment on the 6th, saying that "daily payment is not enough and drastic reform is necessary". In addition to jointly submitting the bill to the House of Representatives, the Constitutional Democratic Party is making final adjustments to submit a similar bill on the 7th.

While the ruling party has said that the ruling and opposition parties should pay on a daily basis in advance, the Nippon Ishin no Kai said, "If we agree only on a daily basis, the Diet will never do it again. There is a risk that we will not be able to discuss it in the future. "
