According to the newspaper, it will now be possible to apply for a lump sum payment through the portal of state services.
It will be possible to reapply for payment only after five years.
The new order will presumably take effect from July 1.
Earlier it was reported that from December 1, 2021, an increase in the amount of cash payments is expected for three categories of pensioners.
Also, from January 1, 2022, new rules for the payment of pensions, approved by the Ministry of Labor, will come into force in Russia.
