The airline added that during the investigation, control over ground handling of aircraft at Magadan airport will be tightened.

S7 also noted that the plane got into a zone of severe icing, which led to the disconnection of the autopilot.

On December 2, the plane, which flew from Magadan to Novosibirsk, abnormally landed in Irkutsk due to a breakdown in electronics.

According to preliminary data, the autopilot of the Magadan-Novosibirsk passenger aircraft that had landed in Irkutsk was disabled.
