A few months before the first round of the presidential election, the time has already come to take stock for the government.

Guest Sunday morning of the "Grand Rendez-vous" of Europe 1 / CNews / Les Echos, the Minister of the Economy, Bruno Le Maire, is proud of the reforms undertaken by the executive even if he regrets that the pension reform is not completed.

A controversial reform

A pillar of Emmanuel Macron's campaign program, the pension reform is a sensitive issue which has caused great tension in French society.

"I have always considered that it was essential, it must be one of the priorities of the next five-year term of Emmanuel Macron if he decides to stand again", assured Bruno Le Maire on Europe 1.
