"Among people who arrived from South Africa, a positive PCR test for coronavirus has already been identified in nine Russian citizens previously placed in the observatory," TASS quotes a statement from the department.
It is clarified that all those who arrived with a positive test result were hospitalized, the patients are under medical supervision.
