Hamdan bin Mohammed witnesses the honoring of 600 volunteers and praises their efforts

This came while His Highness attended a ceremony honoring 600 volunteers in the Emirate of Dubai, who contributed their time and efforts to achieve the noble goals of the volunteer initiative "Day for Dubai", which was launched by His Highness, the Crown Prince of Dubai for the first time in 2017, during a ceremony organized specifically for this occasion. During the ceremony, His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum launched the "Dubai Volunteer Day Council" as an initiative aimed at promoting volunteer work and confirming its value as a basic national pillar in society, and consolidating the elements of cohesion among its members, in addition to enhancing the impact of volunteering as a humanitarian practice that reflects the extent of community harmony.
