"The accusations that are being put forward against us that Russia allegedly does not fulfill any obligations arising from the Minsk agreements ... are absurd," Grushko said.
He noted that such obligations simply do not exist.
Earlier, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said that Ukraine would not comply with the Minsk agreements, so it should be forced to do so.
On December 3, United States Secretary of State Anthony Blinken said that the US authorities see the implementation of the Minsk agreements as a way to overcome the growing tensions around Ukraine.
