The Brazilian pavilion, with its unique water design, at Expo 2020 Dubai, provides a wonderful experience for its visitors by participating in the preservation of the Amazon forest, which is the “lung of the world” as the largest green surface producing oxygen, by participating in the planting of 20,000 trees inside the majestic tropical forests, as well as In the United Arab Emirates, within the framework of the pavilion's celebration of the fiftieth anniversary of the Union, through a very simple digital procedure, no more than a click of a button.

The environmental initiative is being implemented in two phases in Brazil and the UAE. The first is for visitors to the pavilion to register through the digital platforms of the event.

Once a specific code is scanned, a tree is planted in the visitor's name in the Amazon rainforest, through a partnership between GPS, the world's leading protein producer, and Solid Daridad, one of the global civil society organizations concerned with humanitarian and environmental activities.

The initiative is implemented in the same way inside the Emirates, where the visitor is registered digitally, and then the Emirates Environment Foundation will plant a tree for each visitor by inviting 500 people to participate in the tree planting campaign.

Juanita Karolsky, head of the Global Fund for the Amazon Rainforest at GPS, said the "Amazon Week" initiative aims to promote sustainability across the world.

Participation in the Agriculture Initiative gives visitors the opportunity to make big changes, not only in their own countries, but around the world.

The initiative also shares the people of the UAE in its celebrations of the fiftieth anniversary of the union.

She added that the "Amazon" is the largest tropical rainforest in the world, and has a prominent impact on the global climate.

Visitors to the pavilion expressed their enthusiasm to participate in this unique experience.

They said that it is wonderful to participate, even from a distance, in protecting the Amazon forest, which is of great importance to humanity, in light of the climatic and environmental challenges that threaten the globe.

They reported that the Brazil pavilion in general provides a good opportunity to get acquainted with a miniature model of the Amazon basin, with its rich diversity of water, trees and animals.

The design of the pavilion, which is located in the Sustainability District, takes on the waters of Brazil, its rivers, and mangroves, as a source of inspiration and an impressive way to entertain and enrich the experience of visitors.

The floor in the pavilion is also distinguished by its being covered with a shallow water mirror to amaze the pavilion-goers between its halls.

The design of the building from the inside embodies a sensory experience rich in feelings, tampering with the senses and fascinating the minds, as the visitor will be able to navigate between a space covered with a steel structure and a light white fabric, which together form a light display that provides a unique atmosphere, and the sensory experience is achieved inside the Brazil Pavilion with the help of audio-visual technologies used .

The designers of the pavilion were also keen to amplify the immersive sensory experience by providing an engineering system, allowing visitors to inhale the aroma of Brazil, especially the smell of wet soil.
