The murder of
five-year-old
Lucio Abel Dupuy,
allegedly at the hands of
his mother and her girlfriend
, has shocked
Argentina
.
On November 26, the child arrived in critical condition at the Atuel Regional Medical Unit, in the province of La Pampa, accompanied by his mother and partner.
However, the doctors could not save his life.
Suspecting the injuries, an autopsy was performed which determined that the cause of death had been "internal bleeding" and the "multiple trauma" suffered.
In addition, it was seen that he
had old injuries such as cigarette burns or bites
.
The forensic examination also determined that
Lucio Abel Dupuy had been the victim of "recent and previous" sexual abuse,
reports Clarín
.
For all this, his biological mother, Magdalena Espósito Valiente, 24, and his girlfriend, Abigail Páez, 27, have been arrested.
Meanwhile, the
boy's father, Christian Dupuy
, has confirmed that he
had a fight with his former partner for custody
of the child and has ensured that Justice never listened to him.
