Second in the sprint on Thursday, Jacquelin, 26, signs his second podium of the season but the Frenchman can blame himself for having let slip a success which stretched out his arms to him.

The double world champion in the specialty, yet started with 18 seconds behind the Swede Sebastian Samuelsson, winner of Thursday's sprint, indeed found himself in the lead after two impeccable lying shots.

After a failed first standing (2 faults), everything was decided during the last passage on the shooting range between the French, Samuelsson and Christiansen.

The Norwegian did the best with a clear round, Jacquelin and Samuelsson seeing the victory soar by going to turn once on the penalty ring.

The sprint for 2nd place was then won by Samuelsson.

Christiansen (29), who offered his second success on the circuit, took the opportunity to take the lead in the World Cup at the expense of Samuelsson.
