On December 4, the 2022 Graduate Education Talent Recruitment Fair of National Colleges and Universities was launched at Northeast Normal University.

With the theme of "rooting roots in basic education and sticking to the original aspirations of educating people", this job fair will be conducted in the form of online-based and online-offline combination. The online job fair will last for two weeks.

  This job fair is under the guidance of the Department of College Students of the Ministry of Education, the National College Student Information Consultation and Employment Guidance Center, the National College Education Industry Employment and Entrepreneurship Guidance Committee, and Northeast Normal University. The largest education talent supply and demand job fair held is also a special job fair for the education industry that Northeast Normal University insists on building a large education industry market for 20 consecutive years.

  The job fair attracted more than 1,600 households from 30 provinces across the country to sign up, and more than 8,800 posts were posted. The planned number of recruits exceeded 69,000. More than 20,000 graduates from normal universities across the country signed up to participate.

  Compared with previous offline job fairs, this job fair innovated the "Internet + employment" model and fully opened "smart employment".

From the start-up ceremony to information matching, resume delivery, to face-to-face talks, signing and other links, all can be completed online. Job seekers and employers can complete the whole process without leaving home, which reduces the cost of job selection and job hunting. It also improves the efficiency of job hunting.

  This job fair also set up a "live-streaming lead" link. Teachers and counselors of the Northeast Normal University Student Career Guidance Service Center turned into "network anchors" and "post-leaders" to promote and introduce key recommended units to job seekers through the live broadcast platform .

In the live broadcast room, the teachers introduced and interpreted the recruitment positions from the basic situation of the unit, job requirements to the application process, salary and benefits, etc., and interacted with students online at any time, attracting more than 1 million simultaneous viewings.

  In addition, in this job fair, the "Try Talking" applet independently developed by Northeast Normal University provided more technical support for job seekers.

The program simulates the offline trial session, supports students to upload teaching courseware and electronic blackboards, and supports up to 16 judges to watch trial lectures online at the same time.
