Folkets Hus in Svartöstaden in Luleå, also called Blackis, was built in 1902 and is marked as a culturally and historically valuable building.
The property has long had extensive renovation needs and some time ago, the city planning committee decided that Blackis should be renovated for a maximum of SEK 25 million.
